Thomason: I remember once, Krim Stee—you know, that famous contortionist?
Duvet: That name doesn’t sound familiar.
Thomason: Ok, well, anyway she was being interviewed by—I think it was Ned Shamley.
Duvey: Ok.
Thomason: Yeah, and Shamley asks her something like, “What is the most important thing you’ve learned in your career?” And, I don’t remember if she was quoting someone or what, but she said, “Harness your interest; tame it like a wild horse.” I always loved that, you know, because interest is so… arbitrary. But to be able to guide and focus your interest, well, that’s about as worthwhile as a tamed horse.
