Excerpt from novel: with Abandon

My breath, each one, lightens Me

orange-green
forest evening
crickets chirping
frogs burping
silent sky
whisping pink and blue
nimbus and cumulous
refraction and self reflecting
streams babbling all that I am.
early morning dew
fills up a tear duct &
slaps the tip of My nose
the whole world is holding Me
up in her comforting palm
and My tears of contentment
fill up into a warm salt-bath
and My everything gives in
and every muscle lets go.

I will lap this dish up slowly,
savoring it with eyes closed

blissfully.
